Residence La Poggerina is located in the former Convent of the Servants of Mary (OSM), a building dating back to the first three decades of the 1900s which was intended to train young students from the Tuscany province of the Order of Servants.

 

Near the Residence La Poggerina is the famous Camping Il Girasole, many restaurants and typical trattorias and places renowned for the production of typical Tuscan wines such as Greve in Chianti and Radda in Chianti.

Even celebrities like Sting (the international rock star) have chosen these areas for their country residence which is just a short walk from the Residence La Poggerina.
